Letsfit Resistance Loop Bands
I bring these resistance bands to any workout, even if I take a class somewhere else. They're a great power band in my opinion, you can use them for quad donkey kicks and keeping the core engaged with low resistance. Try using one for your warmup before you lift or do an entire workout with it and you won't believe how shaky and on fire your muscles will be.
