I highly recommend an exercise/ Swiss ball to pregnant clients for labor but it is great for after as well. Again, it’s a wonderful way to soothe a fussy baby. You can bounce, rock, sway and even lay baby on the ball for some supported tummy time. Put baby in a soft carrier like Solly Baby and bounce away, saving your arms and back from exhaustion. For average height people I recommend a 65cm ball, for shorter a 55cm and tall people a 75cm.
