No Thank You to Resolutions, Gratitude & Goals Please
January can be a frenzy of energy to change, change, change and do it by yesterday. A quick scroll on instagram and you will see vision boards, resolutions, promises and a lot of 'new year, new you' jargon. Not me. I take January to marinate in 2019. I say no thanks to a brand new me, I have worked hard to be THIS ME and I want to celebrate all that I have learned, honor where I have even failed and most likely grown, and get into 2019 with a grounded approach, a tender beginning to this year.
