Festive Accessories for Zoom Holiday Parties

If you had asked me last year if I was attending any Zoom holiday parties, I would have said, puzzled: "...what's Zoom?"

This year has been filled with new pieces of vocabulary (shelter in place, social distancing, and Zoom, to name a few) that have come to define 2020. And as this year comes to a close, I am willing to bet that a good deal of us have received e-vites to at least one holiday Zoom party. Sure, you could opt to wear your daily black leggings and oversized sweatshirt (I mean, you're still just on your couch, after all), but where is the fun in that? Show your holiday spirit with these cute accessories—ranging from the silly and over-the-top to some understated pieces that are sure to make you feel festive!

I love this hair pin set, and that they can be worn separately for just a little extra sparkle, or all together for a stunning bold celestial look. They are the perfect holiday accessories that could totally be worn year round!” — Madeleine Letellier

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Shadow in Rose Gold

Make your eyes pop this season with this festive shimmery champagne color on your lids. I love how easy these eyeshadow sticks are, too. Just one swipe and you’re done! Because it’s 2020 and nobody’s got time to spend hours on their makeup for a virtual party.” — Courtney Bowers

Christmas Unicorn Headband

Tipsy Elves is all about kitsch — or straight up ridiculous, holiday-themed clothing and accessories. Holidays over Zoom can be a buzzkill for some, so why not make it fun and funny? This year, I’m opting for a Christmas-themed unicorn headband vs. reindeer ears because #newnormal.” — Maria Pedone

Earrings by TG Lovera Creations

These gorgeous handmade earrings literally go with everything. All of TG Lovera Creations’ earrings are like miniature works of art, and I always get compliments and questions about them whenever I wear them out. They’re well-made and durable, and they come packaged with care in amazing patterned bags. If you’re looking to support a small business this holiday season, let this be one of them!” — Brooke Weber

J.Crew Wide Knot Headband with Jewels

‘Tis the season to be sparkly! This super cute jewel headband will stand out on even the largest holiday Zoom calls.” — Courtney Bowers

Drinking Buddies Classic Drink Markers

These hilarious drink markers make a great gift for someone who likes to host and is game for a good laugh. The set of 12 “drinking buddies” even comes with a marker so everyone can name their new friends by writing on their speedos. Plus, they really do help you keep track of your drink.” — Christie Calucchia
