Born in Raised in Oakland California. Actor | The Juilliard School began my love affair with NYC. The stage is my happy place. Fitness Instructor | Not working full time as an actor led me to a taking a lot of hot yoga, which led me to a teacher training, which allowed me to fall in love with teaching, which then open the doors to a career in fitness. Doula | Teaching many mothers led me to wanting to be knowledgeable about helping them navigate fitness during this chapter of their lives, which led me to being extremely passionate about birth and the need for empowerment and change in the birth world. Wife + Mother | My faith led me to finding real love and a partner, which led us to creating an incredible human being named Samuel Otis Lyons IV.
