Adriene has created a yoga practice for every mood you're in, every kind of day you're having, and every workout you're looking for. If you're just looking for a daily routine, she even has 30-day challenges that you can take on. She's body positive and simply promotes wellness--her motto is "do what feels good." I hate to sound cheesy/advertisey, but you should do Yoga with Adriene because I swear it's going to feel good.
I love Adriene! I wake up early now every day to do yoga from her series. She’s very good at helping you figure out where you are at in your abilities, how to improve and not push yourself beyond your limits. I recommend if you are looking to get back into, or jump into yoga for the first time. It’s brought me back into shape and feeling great.
