I swear by the KonMari Method as it changed my approach to organizing. I did not realize how much emotion I attached to my belongings and possessions, as well as did not realize how my belongings and possessions had a, sometimes negative, effect on my life. The methods in this book gave me the tools to feel comfortable sorting and editing my things, and empowered me, through being mindful of my thoughts and feelings toward these items, of how to keep them or let them go. I continue to use these tools throughout my everyday life and gain great perspective and positivity by doing so!

The KonMari method took the world by storm, but this gave me something much more than a tidy home. It gave me the idea that the things we buy need to have meaning. If you're buying things that don't truly add hope and meaning to your life, you shouldn't. I have been thinking so much more positivity and long-term focused, and it's changed how we live our lives and decorate our house!
