Zesting really spices up a recipe, especially grain dishes. It gives a really nice acid flavor that’s different than just squeezing citrus juice, as long as you don’t zest the bitter white part! I’ve tried every microplane on the market and I’m usually left disappointed, but this one is just the best. Whether I’m grating cheese or zesting a lemon, the outcome is perfection. It’s also super cost efficient and doesn’t wear quickly.
