What can I say about this cookbook that hasn’t already been said? The recipes are so easy and adaptable, and never fall short of delicious. I love cooking and cook books and Alison Roman’s recipes are so refreshingly simple to follow, unlike many other cookbooks. I’ve had this for cookbook for just over a month now, but I’ve probably cooked at least two recipes a week from it. This is a cookbook you could very feasibly cook your entire way through, whether you’re new to cooking or a seasoned home cook.
